Shipping & Handling:

• Delivery time is approx. 7 - 14 business days to most UK destinations. For orders to Italy, France, Spain, Brazil, Eastern Europe, South America, your order may sometimes take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery due to strict customs inspection. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
• All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly
• Combined Shipment: Buyer will enjoy a £1.00 shipping discount for each additional purchase. To enjoy the shipping discount, please request an eBay invoice once your items are ended.
• We will ship worldwide except the following regions: Macau, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Nigeria (please check beforehand).
• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store Listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
• All our items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal address, please confirm your address on PayPal before you bid
• Optional shipping insurance is offered (for both UK and international buyers). We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.

• Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
  However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. • Warranty period: 90 days warranty for all products except digital camera (2.0 mega pixels or above) of which the warranty period is one year.
• If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
