1) Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item. You can do this by clicking on "Ask Seller a Question" link on the ebay item page;
2) Item should be sent back to us, at the buyer's expense, within 2 working days of asking for a return;
3) Item should be returned in it's original package;
4) We will refund your payment.

receives the item and that it is not damaged in transit, otherwise sellers have the right of action against buyers.
