All products we sell are exactly as we have stated. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns provided the following criteria are met:

- You must notify us by email before returning an product.  Email us at info@voiceandmedia.co.uk
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- The buyer will be responsible for the return of the product, and any costs incurred.
- The product must be in it's original packaging with all accessories and be undamaged.
- Buyer agrees 15% of refund will be deducted, unless product found to be defective.
- Please email first to report the defect. We may be able to resolve the issue.
- We strongly suggest using Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure the item arrives safely.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any case.
