2.Only those new and unopened items can be returned for refund, excluding shipping cost, within 14 days of items arrival. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.

3.Prior to returning a product, email us for a Return Authorization Number and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "Return Authorization Number procedures" provided on the warranty card. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase where the item was originally purchased.
