About Air Mail Service :

Air Mail Service is commonly used in International Sellers and it requires correct shipping address including zipcode, because it is cheapest Air Delivery Service.

Note: be sure you input detailed shipping address including zipcode. We can not accept resend/refund due to incorrect shipping address or incomplete shipping information.

The disadvantage is ;

(1) The Delivery Time is longer than International Express Service like DHL,UPS

(2) Usually do not have Tracking number.

Reminder: so as a buyer, if you did not receive your package by the time which seller indicated in the shipping policy, then you should quickly contact seller to ask for resend or refund.

Tracking Number :

Air Mail Service does provide additional Tracking Number, but only applicable if buyer requst the additional service or seller can provide the service when they thought it is necessary(like it is too expensive) to add Tracking Number.

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed same business day (excluding Weekends) and dispatched through Singapore Post within 2 Business days.

Generally, Delivery Time is 10-15 Business Days(21 Normal Days)
(Except for Public Holiday or Special Circumstance like Strike between Singapore and your country).

Note: if you did not receive your package after the Deadline of 15 Business days(21 Normal Days) , then pls kindly send an email to us asking for shipping information, otherwise we can just suggest you wait for a few days.

Shipping Zone: Currently we can only ship to

For unlisted countries, we can not ship now, pls be aware of this, Thanks.

Note: If Buyers bought many items with high Price, then there is a possibility of having to pay for customs fees whenever stopped by customs official. For each country's import regulation, pls check your own country's customs homepage for reference.
