We always obtain a Proof Of Posting Certificate when sending packages, and should a package become lost once posted, we will be happy to send the buyer a copy of the proof of posting certificate and make a claim from the Royal Mail, after which we will provide a replacement or refund. Once the packages have been handed over at the post office, we have no further control over them and therefore cannot guarantee how long delivery takes. The postage price quoted is for Royal Mail First Class delivery which offers insurance up to £39.00 for the package. If you require a guaranteed delivery time and full value insurance cover, Royal Mail Special Delivery is available on request. First Class Mail used for items valued at more than £39.00, is done so at the buyers own risk. We are sorry that it has become necessary to require buyers to accept these conditions, but as we are sure you can appreciate, we want to maintain our good feedback ratings.
