US WWII ARMY VISOR HAT UNIFORM

Marked size 7 1/2. Leather visor and chin strap are in good condition. There are some tiny moth bites. The leather band inside has some minor staining. The plastic on the top inside has dried, discolored and puckered up.

This is a used item. It may show wear from age, dirt or use. We try to describe the cosmetic condition to the best of our ability. Please look at all pictures for further description of condition and in the event we may have missed something.

Payment

Payment in full must be received NO later than 7 DAYS after auction end or item will be re-listed and unpaid item strike will be left for non-paying bidders. Please note that as of 9/22/09 there will be a $2.50 handling charge fee added to all orders over $200.00 to cover additional shipping charges for Signature Confirmation- All packages over $200.00 must be signed for. If you have any requests please leave them with the Vendio Check-Out. Due to the vast amounts of payments we receive through Paypal, we do not check notes left within Paypal- please do not leave important notes during Paypal payment as they will not be read. All items will be shipped within 72 business hours after payment has cleared. We only ship Monday through Friday- no weekend/holiday shipping. Domestic Shipping: Shipping will be calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the item. Unless otherwise stated in the auction- all items will be shipped with either U.S. Post Office Priority Mail or Express Maill Service (small items) or Fedex Ground (large items) and will include delivery tracking information. We recommend Insurance for all packages. Insurance is $1.95 for the first $100 and $1 for each additional $100 of coverage.
International Shipping: Shipping will be calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the item. We only offer U.S Post Office Priority Mail International Box(Tracking & Insurance Available), Express Mail Box (Tracking & Insurance Available), or buyers request of Flat Rate Box (No tracking or Insurance Available- less than 4lbs and measure smaller than 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" when packed with materials- cannot be used when combining shipments). We want your item to arrive at its destination safely, we will not ship with any lesser shipping methods (ie. First Class Mail, JiffY Packs, Envelopes). International insurance costs $2.30 for up to $50 or $3.30 for up to $100 plus 1.90 cents for each additional $100 of coverage. Although most items will arrive in less then 14 business days, occasionally items will take up to 90 days to arrive and clear customs.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING CAUSED BY SHIPPING CARRIER AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE END OF A POSTAL INVESTIGATION .
COMBINED SHIPPING: Vendio will automatically combine multiple purchases upon checkout to save on shipping. Large & heavy items cannot be combined. The final shipping price will be based upon the total weight and dimensions of all items combined.

If your item is damaged while in transit Buyer must keep all boxes & packing materials to process the insurance claim for refund of your payment for the item. Insured items are insured through Fireman's Insurance Fund, a Pitney Bowles Shipping Company, this is a Third Party insurance which has lower rates to save on shipping costs. As of 9/22/09 all packages valued under $200.00 will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation only.

These items are second hand and we are not aware of their previous "life", we can only answer about the item for the time it has been in our possession.
