Return policy
All of our items are custom made to order, therefore they do not qualify for the legal 7 days cooling off period.

However as we are committed to excellent service we do accept returns within 7 working days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and all refunds exclude the initial P&P charged. If the item has free P&P then the refund will have £8.99 deducted to cover handling. Unfortunately if we don't do this then our prices would need to increase to cover this cost, so it works out best for our customers this way.

Please remember colours can vary depending on individual monitor settings. Also, because you are viewing the digital image on a nice glossy monitor some colours may not seem as vivid.
