You are bidding on a UPX6 tuneable RF cavity containing a 2C39A valve. You can readily retune it to be an effective 23cm band high power amplifier. So if your on 23cm you will appreciate the cost of obtaining high power at that frequency. This is a robust economical way of doing it. Its a nice project to undertake.
