This is for an unusual old tabletop brass counter bell circa 1890. The brass dome is facing front and has an arm either side that can be pushed down by pressing the enamel balls on the top thus chiming the bell. The bell and the frame are bolted through to a wooden base which sits on four raised ball feet. The bell works perfectly with a lovely resonating ring that goes on for ever! It displays well and it is in good condition with no damage to the brass just a little wear to the edge of the wooden base. It measures 150mm (6") across by 83mm (3.25") by 130mm (5") high. Please check out all the other art nouveau and art deco items, bells and other vintage ladies & gentlemans accessories I am selling on ebay this week. I will always combine shipping to make it cheap to buy a lot.
