UNUSUAL 1970's PEWTER & ENAMEL CELTIC PENDANT/CHAIN

This is a rather unusual Large Vintage Pewter and Enamel Pendant with its original pewter chain that I bought in the early 1970's.   It is a most unusual Celtic design.  It is a very stylised Celtic symbol that has always reminded me of the illuminated letters in old manuscripts such as the Book of Kells and similar.  The actual pendant is round and consists of a disc of pewter that has been enamelled on both sides, plain cream on the back and on the front this symbolic design.  The chain is the original pewter chain which goes over the head, it does not have a catch.     The Pendant measures 2" or 5cm in diameter. The chain measures 26.5" or 67cm in length.  The whole item is still in good condition for its age, and is always a conversation piece when worn! 

 I am selling some other pieces of jewellery this week from my large collection, some vintage, some more modern.  I am always happy to combine postage and packing for more than one item.
