Terms of sale

• We offer 1 Year Warranty for this item. If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
• Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
• Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
• If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
