ITEM CONDITION: This beautiful BLACK 16gb 3G "S" iPhone has been lightly used for about four months, very well cared for and is in excellent, mint condition! Best of all, it is fully covered by the original Apple warranty through June 27, 2010! The touchscreen is in fantastic condition without any scratches or marks on it anywhere! The glossy black plastic back is also in excellent condition with only a minimal amount of light wear. Even the otherwise very delicate Apple logo on the rear is just about perfect - which confirms the awesome condition of this phone! I've included a really nice DLo HipCase leather protective case for you to use with this phone! The HipCase is one of the nicest leather cases you can get for the iPhone; it is made from very supple leather and sells for about $35 at the Apple Store! The included accessories are all in excellent condition as well; this phone comes with every Apple accessory right down to the little SIM tray tool and even the Apple stickers! Most importantly, the Apple earbuds are brand new, still sealed and have never been used by anyone!!! Everything works exactly as it should - including all of the jailbreak/unlock features so you just need to insert your current GSM SIM card and you're ready to go!

I provide you with ongoing support (within reason) if you have questions or issues with the phone down the line! I can even help you update your phone to future firmware releases and get the phone unlocked/jailbroken again (depending on the availability of the unlock/jailbreaking software).
My iPhones come with the latest (unlockable) firmware available! I cannot stress enough how important this is because other sellers sell iPhones with outdated firmware. This will cause iTunes to continually prompt you to update the firmware each time you connect it to your computer, which will greatly increase the odds that you will inadvertently update the firmware to the newer version. Doing so will automatically RE-LOCK your phone . . . and no other seller is going to help you get it unlocked again. Get an iPhone from me and you won't have this problem - AND even if you do, I'll help you unlock it again!!!
