We are currently the only online service offering unlocking for the Huawei E220 USB modems (we will update the firmware to 7.2mb from 3.6mb on the Huawei E220 on Advanced PLUS Unlocking & Advanced Unlocking) & remove Network Personalization lock,there is no one able to remove Personalization lock (Personalization lock- this is found on usb modems and phones , the usb modems will have the network software installed and you will not be able to use any other providers sim card with the built in software on the usb modems we remove it and put universal software on the modem and this allows you to use any sim card you want worldwide)

Price includes unlocking and Royal Mail Special Delivery return postage but no software or sim card. This is suitable for experienced computer users who know what software to use and have a SIM card. Please check our supported devices to confirm that we can unlock your hardware.
Please be aware that the Vodafone, T-Mobile and 3(three), Orange software originally supplied with cards will only work with that network SIM card, so an unlocked card will need additional software.
Advanced Unlocking - £31.00 {AS POSTAGE OPTION Other Courier EBAY}
So far, advanced unlocking is only available for the Huawei E620 and E220 (USB MODEM- we will update the firmware to 7.2mb from 3.6mb on the Huawei E220) plus Option cards, but more hardware is to follow. Price includes unlocking, Royal Mail Special Delivery return software and 1x VODAFONE Pay as You Go, HSPDA 3g broadbandSIM card, giving you 15mb surfing for a maximum of £1 per day.

What cards are you able to unlock?
Please see our supported hardware. If you unsure which card you own please look carfully at your hardware. It is usually written on the underside of the card.
It depends how much you feel your card is worth. Royal Mail 1st class recorded is insured up to £34 which normally covers the remplacement of a second hand locked card. Royal Mail Special Delivery covers up to £500 and is more suitable for expensive cards and USB modems. (WE RECOMMED SPECIAL DELIVERY)See Postage and Packing for more details.
Will I be able to use the Vodafone/T-Mobile/3 software that came with my card?
Generally no, As well as locking the hardware to a specific network, network providers appear to also lock their software. SIM free software is typically very hard to get hold of. Our Advanced Unlocking solution is available for a selected number of models where we have sourced software.
Supported Models
We generally support all models distributed by UK network providers. Network providers supply rebranded models but the original manufacturer is usually listed somwhere on the card. If in doubt, contact us.

Packaging
Our prices only include return postage so it is your responsibility to post your hardware to us. Data cards must be sent in their hard plastic cases otherwise they are unlikely to make it through the postal system undamaged.
You should put your data card (in its plastic case) into a small padded Jiffy bag and post it either 1st class recorded (insured up to £34) or Special Delivery (insured up to £500). It is up to you to decide what cover you require.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR CARD BACK SAFELY.
Terms and Conditions
Refunds are by original payment method.
If we cannot unlock a card that is listed on our site as supported, we will post your card back to you and you will receive a full refund.
If we cannot unlock your card due to any of the following reasons, we will post your card back and you will receive a partial refund;
Your card arrives damaged or does not function
Your card is blocked (Reported Lost or Stolen)
Your card is locked due to incorrect codes being entered
Full Refund
A full refund includes your payment plus your postage to us (We refund to our standard Royal Mail price of £1.30). Refund will be within 28 days of sending card back to you.
Partial Refund
A partial refund is your payment minus £12.00. This is to cover our time trying to unlock your card and return postage. For example, if you paid £25.00 for unlocking, you will receive a £13.00 refund. Refund will be within 28 days of sending card back to you.
Damaged on Arrival
It is your responsibility to ensure that your card arrives safely and undamaged at our site. If on inspection your card is clearly damaged or will not function in one of our test machines, we will return your card and you will receive a partial refund. It is up to you whether you take this up with Royal Mail.
Damaged on Delivery
If when your card arrives, it is damaged or not functioning. Please contact Customer Support. If after you have returned your card, it is concluded that your card is damaged, you will receive a full refund and we will replace your card with an identical or better specification card. If it is concluded that there is nothing wrong with your card, you will have to pay for it to be returned to you, and testing time.
Lost In The Post
If we do not receive your card you will receive a full refund. Refund will be within 56 days of making payment, back to you It is up to you claim compensation from Royal Mail.
If you do not receive a card we have posted to you, we will replace your card with an identical or better specification unlocked card. We will claim compensation from Royal Mail first & can take up to 60 days. You will not be eligible for a refund.
