You are bidding on a unique piece of EAPG Glass. I have not seen anything like this. The plate appears to be a sampler showing various Press Glass Patterns. The outside edge has scroll work and rectangular blocks—four of the blocks have a waffle pattern, two have a star pattern, and 2 have a grape & leaf pattern—one area is covered with tiny bubbles in the space between the rectangles. The second section down is clear glass except for three areas of ribbing—two are vertical and one is horizontal. The center of the plate has a large star pattern which forms little diamond-shape areas between the lines—some of the diamond shaped areas are filled with a block pattern, some with a fan pattern, and some with what looks like a leaf pattern.

Plate measures approx. 9 ½ inches in diameter, and stands approx. ¾ inch high. Beautiful condition. No chips. No cracks. A few minor surface marks. Crystal clear glass.

I searched my pattern glass books, but I could not locate anything like this. I would love to hear from you if you have knowledge of this type of plate.
