Methods of Payment

Our winning bidder will receive an automated Email which will include all the payment details once the auction has ended or a buy it now has been completed. All payments must be made in UK Pounds only.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF YOU PAY BY PAYPAL, YOUR ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED AND YOUR ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF PAYPAL DOES NOT PROVIDE US WITH THESE CORRECT ACCOUNT DETAILS.

All orders are shipped with a V.A.T. Receipt.

Payment should be made immediately. If we still have not received a payment within 7 days then we will action an unpaid reminder so that we can claim back our listing fee from ebay. Depending on the circumstances for non payment we will also action an unpaid strike against your ebay
account. Please only bid if you are serious about buying.

Method

We use Royal Mail for both UK and Worldwide Orders. Orders are dispatched everyday (Monday – Friday) and most customers do receive their orders the next working day.

UK Order Details

Delivery Costs will vary depending on the Product - Please check Delivery Terms on each Item We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 3pm for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next day (excluding weekends).

1st Class / Signed for should delivery within 1–3 working days. If you have not received anything by then please contact us for your tracking number. We must allow 15 working days for delivery of a 1st Class Signed for Item before making a claim and thereafter send you a replacement. Special Delivery is guaranteed next day before 12 noon. If you do not receive this please contact us for your tracking number.
