This underfloor heating kit is everything you need to provide underfloor heating for a single room/zone, such as a conservatory or an extension up to 40m sq. Up to 7 more underfloor heating zones can be added later as necessary. Each pack contains the components, pipe and installation manual for a complete system. Our underfloor kits are designed to connect simply and easily to an existing heating system.

A home insulated to current building regulations will require 50 - 70 watts per square metre. In a screeded floor, pipe centres should be 200mm in order to deliver 100 watts per square metre. In a wooden floor pipes at 200 mm centres will deliver 75 watts per square metre.

If you have large areas of glass or other areas that are difficult to heat, we recommend 15mm centres for the first metre next to the glass or difficult area. The water temperature for your underfloor loops will be controlled by the thermostatic valve supplied as part of the kit. You can connect this kit directly to an existing radiator feed.
