Living Heats, Heat Film under floor heating is designed specifically for use under all wood and laminate floors.At 200watts per m2 it is easily power full enough to be used as the primary heat source in all rooms including conservatories with out the need of conventional radiators.

It is very easy to fit with no experience or specialist tools required. We can produce the mats to your exact measurements so your system can be tailor made to fit your desired area. Once fitted it is maintenance free and backed up with a full 15 year manufactures warranty.

All mats come pre wired and ready to be connected to the mains power through a suitable thermostat, (see complimentary products links below price table). The mats can be tailor made to fit your room dimensions at no additional cost and all come complete with a vapor / water barrier. Below is a table of other area sizes offered in our ebay shop.

Heat Film is recommended to be laid over a pre-insulated sub floor, (concrete or wood). We recommend the use of our medium density, cross linked, closed cell thermal / acoustic foam underlay. This is available in our eBay shop at £2.90 per m2, please see insualtion link below).
