You may return any item purchased and in the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  

Software / Music CD / DVD sales are not refundable unless outer packaging is 100% intact unless item has been found to be faulty.  

In case of items being returned original Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. The Buyer may also be responsible for all shipping costs and any charges incurred by the seller with regards to the original transaction and may also be subject to a small handling fee. 
In case of any goods returned having been received damaged / lost in transit and our optional Insurance has been purchased a FULL refund shall be made. If goods supplied were found not to be as per the description in our Listing, the Seller must be contacted within 7 days of  Sale Date and notified of the intent to return along with a reason for returning. Upon safe receipt of said goods and them being returned in its original packaging etc a FULL refund will be given. 

Where optional Insurance has not been purchased or not being described as included in the listing of original sale, any responsibility cannot be accepted for non delivery / or damages outwith the designated Carrier / Postal Service / Courier Services standard Terms and Conditions.
