All our furniture is made in Indonesia by skilled craftsmen using only sustainable hardwoods. All wood is 100% kiln dried ensuring strength and longevity, quality control is undertaken by our own staff. The furniture is coloured with wood stain then a high grade wax polish is used to give a resistant and natural finish.
Unlike most of the cheap solid wood furniture on the market, our furniture is constructed using solid Mindi Wood for the frame and legs (A tropical hardwood also known as Vietnamese Oak-Similar to American Oak-dense and open grained). For larger surfaces we use solid wood sections covered in a durable and attractive veneer. This type of construction ensures there will be no movement on the surface of the wood, traditionally it is this movement that causes cracks and warping in furniture. Cracking and warping of furniture is a result of the moisture levels changing in the wood, this is caused by central heating, the changing of seasons, wood not being kiln dried and even natural drying of wood over extended years of use. Larger surfaces are especially susceptible to this problem.

Shipping

We mainly deliver to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to Ireland and Northern Ireland are possible but please contact us prior to bidding to confirm.Please note that there is an additional charge of £15 for deliveries to Aberdeen City,Aberdeenshire,Argyll and Bute,Bainbridge,Eilean Star,Inverness and Moray. For deliveries to Highland,Northern Ireland and Ireland there is an additional fee of £25.
For multiple item purchases there is a £7.50 charge per additional item up to a maximum total delivery cost of £50.
We use a specialist furniture carrier to deliver our items as all our items are fully assembled,not flatpacked. From our experience, using a courier service for transporting furniture does not work as many items get damaged in transit .Therefore all our deliveries are by a specialist furniture carrier. Larger items are two man deliveries, your furniture will be taken to a room of your choice and unpacked for you.
 
Once an item has been paid for and we have collected all necessary contact details your order will be passed to the specialist furniture carrier we use. Your details are then uploaded to their website .When this is complete you will receive an email from our carriers to confirm their receipt of your order.You will receive their contact details,a web address and a tracking number. You will then be contacted by phone prior to delivery to be advised of delivery date and time. The day offered for delivery by the carrier will be the day that their schedule puts them in your postcode. 
Summary of Delivery process
1.      Payment is completed with all contact details.
2.      Carriers will email to confirm receipt of your order and provide tracking number.
3.      Carriers will telephone to arrange delivery date & time.
4.      Items Delivered within 14-21 days.
 
We aim to deliver all items within 14-21 days after payment and full delivery details received (unless otherwise stated),a lot of deliveries can be much quicker than this, however some more distant postcodes can take a little longer.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
