Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

UK CUSTOMERS

I prefer Paypal but will accept Postal Orders and cheques.

 

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

I only accept paypal.  Please do not bid if you cannot pay by paypal.  I have had problems with wrong payment from overseas before.

If you don’t have a Pay Pal account it would be helpful to sign up before bidding or buying.

Please make your Payment in full within 10 days of the ending date and time of the auction. 

 

If you are out of the country on holiday or there are other circumstances preventing you from paying within this time frame please contact me.  I won’t bite.  If you don’t contact me negative feedback may be given.

 

If you are bidding on more than 1 item please let me know when the first invoice is sent out to you.

 

If payment has not been received and you have not contacted me the item will be re-listed and I will file a non paying bidders report. It is in your interests to be fair and contact me if you have problems.

 

Fees

You will be charged Shipping and Handling Charges, which will vary according to the item.  All final charges include vat.

 

Shipping

Multiple buyers will receive a discount on postage. Discounts on postage are available when items are bought and paid for at the same time. The shipping will be adjusted on your invoice before I send it.

If you live outside the UK if shipping is not provided you are responsible for contacting me for shipping costs before buying or bidding.

 

Outside of the UK buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees that may be applicable. You know what you can and can’t get into your Country so please bid and buy accordingly.

Delivery

Shipping usually occurs within 48 hours after payment is received and cleared. I always send an email advising when the item has been posted.

Refunds & Returns
