Delivery

All UK items paid for before 2pm will be despatched the same day (if a working day) and will be despatched via a next working day delivery service. Timed delivery services are also available, but are subject to additional surcharges.

International deliveries to the rest of Europe will be despatched via a 48 hour delivery service.

Collections can be arranged, but an appointment will need to be made. There is a £5 handling fee for all collections.

Warranty

We only sell the highest quality tattoo supplies and so are sure you will never encounter any problems with our equipment, however we offer a full 3 months warranty on all tattoo power supplies and tattoo gun machine coils. Due to the nature of use of tattoo supplies, we are unable to offer a warranty on any tattoo needles, tattoo grips, tattoo tips or tattoo inks.

In the unlikely event you would like to return an item, we offer a full 7 day money back guarantee on all items which are returned to us in the exact same brand new sealed condition they arrived to you in less delivery costs.
