One collection attempt & one delivery attempt only, Further collection/delivery attempts will result in additional charges. If driver fails collection this will be booked free of charge, please contact me.

Purchase price is for one parcel only, to send multiple items please add to paypal payment and provide full details or purchase more single via ebay.

Should you parcel exceed the weight and dimension restrictions, it may be delayed in transit or returned to sender, in relation to this we reserve the right to charge for all costs incurred by us from abuse of our services. We will initiate a dispute against any customer who does not comply with our requests for parcel abuse surcharges and will block all future purchases!!! Be warned!!!

Offer applies to UK Mainland only which excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and any other offshore islands.

Please ensure your item is packed correctly, as this will affect potential claims. All compensation decisions are at the discretion of the carrier not ourselves, refunds will only be issued once we have received a credit from the couriers, usually within 4 weeks. In the event of damage all packaging must be kept for inspection. The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If the item is moved or repaired or if the packaging is not kept the claim will be rejected.

AS WITH ANY TRANSPORT SERVICE THIS BOOKING DATE IS NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR ACTS OF GOD ETC, ROAD CONDITIONS ETC. ETC. ETC.. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR LATE/NON-DELIVERIES OR COLLECTIONS.

C) Televisions, LCD screens, Plasmas, Projectors or similar. D) Musical Instruments must be shipped in recommended hardcases with padded lining, and then boxed if you don’t want the case to become scratched. e.g A guitar being sent in a soft case will not be covered by insurance for damage.
