Please ensure that the destination address is clearly marked on the parcel. This low price is for one collection attempt and up to 3 delivery attempts only! Further collection/delivery attempts will result in additional courier purchases being required through ebay. Please ensure that someone will be available to hand parcel to courier from collection point and someone will be available to receive the parcel at the destination. Recipient may request for the parcel to be left at a neighbours house by leaving a note on their door. If no-one is available to receive the parcel then the courier will post a card through the door offering further collection (for a charge) If your parcel(s) are above the maximum weight or size then the driver may refuse to take the item (no refund available) or additional charges may need to be paid through ebay.
