Please contact us first to obtain a returns address, as this may be different to the invoice address.

Faulty items:

- Please report any faulty goods to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or payment refunded.
- Items sent back without authorisation will not be processed.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods, and complete with original packaging. 
- It is our policy not to refund buyers who unfairly leave negative feedback before giving us an opportunity to resolve any problems with your order. 
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for and ship the item back to Skylight Sourcing, and if upon inspection by us the item is found to be faulty, a full refund of postage costs will be given.

Unwanted items:

May be returned to us only if the following occurs:
- We have been notified via email within 7 days.
- Any accessories/parts in sealed bags remain sealed and unused. 
- The item arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition (unmarked).
- Postage fees will not be refunded for unwanted items.
