We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched from our premises the same day. Orders received after 3pm for items that we hold in stock will generally be dispatched the next day (excluding weekends). Sorry we are a mail order company only and we dont allow personal collection of orders.

All of our items under £20 in value are posted first class, 95% to 98% of 1st class items arrive next day, however you will also be given a choice at the checkout for either 1st class recorded Signed for or Special Delivery, if you do require 100% next day delivery please select special delivery.  Recorded and special delivery have insurance with them and if items dont turn up we will replace for you so. Standard 1st class mail does not have insurance against lost in post items.

Non-Faulty Goods
