Protecting your bike couldn’t be simpler:

1. Attach to your bike
2. Go for a ride
3. Set the lock to 'protect mode' by pressing 'B' for 2 seconds
4. If your bike is tampered with the alarm will sound for 15 seconds
5. Return to find your bike where you left it!
6. To disarm the alarm enter your 4 digit code (i.e. ABCA)
7. Carry on cycling

Payment Information

We accept the following payment methods:

Delivery Information

UK Mainland --- Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail 1^st class standard with post certificate issued from Post Office. Special delivery or recorded services are also available according to customer’s request. For UK national delivery, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until at least 15 working days after despatch. Therefore please kindly wait for 15 working days after payment date before contacting us regarding undelivered Royal Mail items.

Non UK Delivery --- We deliver to worldwide destinations via Royal Mail Airmail service with post certificate issued from Post Office. International signed for is also available according to customer’s request.  For international delivery, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until at least 28 working days after despatch. Therefore please kindly wait for 28 working days after payment date before contacting us regarding undelivered Royal Mail items.

Return Information

Returns are accepted if item proves faulty and is returned to us in its original package within 7 days from receipt. A replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available then a full refund (excl P&P) will follow. Please email us as soon as possible and we can provide you with correct return address.

Feedback

Please kindly leave good feedback when your item arrives and we will do the same in return. If there is any aspect of the transaction you are not pleased with please contact us before leaving feedback. Most problems can be resolved with communication and bad feedback should be a last resort.

Non Paying Bidders
