Buyers must pay within 7 days from the day of purchase.
Payment paid by echeck may normally take 3 to 10 days to be cleared. Status of payment will be incomplete before the echeck is cleared. Please check clearly in your paypal account the expected clearing date when you pay in paypal by using echeck.
Unpaid strike will be reported if the payment could not be completed within 10 days after purchase.
Combine shipping rate
You will enjoy GBP0.50/USD1.00 OFF combined discount for each additional item purchased within 5 days, paid in a single payment and to be sent to the same address in a single parcel (the first item has no discount). So please enjoy the saving to purchase more items in one time.
**We only do combine invoices and give shipping discount on the same currency.
(Please don't ask for combine different currency invoices)
Example:
For 3 items A, B and C; shipping cost of them are GBP4, GBP5 and GBP6 respectively. The combined shipping cost will be GBP4 + GBP5 + GBP6 - GBP1 (GBP1 off combined shipping discount for 3 items purchased and paid in a single payment) = GBP14.
If the 3 items are paid in separated payments, no discount will be offered and the total shipping cost will be GBP15.
Shipping fee includes the costs of packing, handling and normal postage fee.
All of the items will be dispatched within 2 working days after all payments were completed.
Items will be sent by using Hong Kong Postage non-registered small package air mail from Hong Kong.
All items will ship worldwide and usually take 10-14 days for delivery. But shipping time may take 5 to 10 days more than normal during peak seasons.
For faster and smoother pass in buyer's countries custom check, we'll mark the items as gift on declaration form on the parcel. And detailed description and quantity of the items in the parcels shall be stated clearly on the declaration forms.
Normally, import tax / duties may not be imposed for low price and small quantity items in parcel by the buyer's country Customs. However, buyer should be responsible for the import tax / duties when import tax / duties is required though it happens very rarely.
The insurance rate is USD1.00/GBP0.50 for each auction.
*Insurance is optional but recommended. We do not cover any lost or damaged during shipping unless insurance was purchased.
Return
All of our items shall be inspected and packed carefully before being dispatched. If buyer find any quality problem of the item received, please feel free to contact us within 7 days from the day of item received. We shall resend the item to you if the defective item is returned to us (buyer should be responsible for the return postage fee.
In case of items received have no defect or no damage, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. In this case, buyers must contact us within 7 working days after day of delivery and return the items received to us in good condition. Buyers are responsible to return postage fee. Refund will be issued when the returned items are received. GBP1.00 handling fee per item will be charged and the handling fee will be deducted in the refund.
