	What is it? This is a UHF Radio Microphone with a compact receiver. The complete set-up comes with a Hand-Held Radio or Wireless Microphone, a compact Receiver Unit tuned specifically to the microphone and a power supply. The UHF frequency used by this Radio Mic and its Receiver is fixed at 863.3mHz. There are two different versions; this version has the frequency fixed at 863.3 mHz and the other has a fixed frequency of 864.7 mHz. Both are in the in the UHF band, which has the advantage of NOT being interfered with by taxi drivers, ambulances and the like – a nasty experience at the best of times! There are also a couple of TWIN-Unit versions available. There is an XLR BALANCED output and a Jack Un-Balanced output. What can you use these for? Good for situations where you need a clear mic without interference, but you don’t want to risk an expensive mic with a crowd that might have been drinking! So good for Karaoke, Wedding Speeches, Club parties etc. Easily good enough for vocals if you want a Radio Mic but are on a budget. RealSlimDavey says ... Grab yourself a bargain! Construction The microphone have a rubberised finish and take PP3 9volt batteries (we can sell you a box of these at a very good price). The Receiver Unit is housed in a hard plastic casing with ‘Rack Mount’ ears that screw on the side so you can clip two together and rackmount the units. You don’t have to rackmount it – you can just place on top of any handy flat surface. Reception & audio signal level indicators, volume control and an on/off switch are located on the front. At the back are a squelch control, two aerials, and a Jack and an XLR output (for both signals combined). Power comes from a separate mains supply which is included with the setup.
