This is just one of the beautiful brand-new gowns we have on offer which could be suitable for weddings, proms, evening or other special occasions. All our dresses can be altered by about 1 inch by a seamstress for a perfect fit after you get it and try it on. The colour in the picture may also not exactly match the actual dress depending on your monitor screen. You should note that none of our dresses are supplied with a petticoat but sometimes a petticoat may be necessary to get the effect shown in the picture. Petticoats are available if required. Please be careful!! You should check the size of the dress you need with your actual measurements. Always use a tape measure for a proper fit and note our dresses fit closer than normal street wear so you should consider adding a little extra for comfort. We will custom make this dress for you and will require 1) the measurement around the fullest part of your bust with the appropriate bra 2) measurement around your waist 3) measurement around your hips (fullest part) and 4) height from the top of your shoulder to the floor wearing shoes as apprpriate. . We ask that you confirm the measurements you require after you purchase the item as we will be under no obligation if you supply the wrong measurements. Payment is due immediately after purchase but please contact us if you have any difficulty. Non paying purchasers will be subject to negative feedback unless relisting/admin fees are paid.

Please understand that the shipping cost reflects the dress comes from the Far East and includes preparation, checking, packaging, packing and shipping with a tracking number to ensure your dress is received in top condition. The total process can take 3-4 weeks to your door but you will often receive your item sooner. If you need it faster, please check before bidding as sometimes special handling is available at additional cost for emergency orders. Please do not bid if this shipping policy or the shipping fee is not acceptable to you.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Boxes - a physical street address is required.

On returns, it is extremely important that you order the correct size as returns on the basis of the incorrect size being ordered or simply not liking the dress are not usually accepted although we are sympathetic. However, if dresses are defective in any way and cannot be rectified your end for which we will pay, we will accept the dress back and refund or replace the dress.
