Delivery is by 24 hour courier (UPS or DHL) unless otherwise stated.

Next working day delivery if purchased before 2pm. Items purchased and paid for over the weekend will be posted Monday (excluding bank holidays).

All items are fully insured and must be signed for.

Please make sure someone is in at the address to take delivery on the expected delivery day. If you have to nip out, leave a note pointing to a close neighbours house that will accept and sign for the item (this is not ideal and may result in your item being returned to the depot). If the item is returned to us because the courier is unable to deliver due to no one being home the buyer will be liable to pay full delivery charges again.

If your due item does not show on the expected day,  please contact us for your tracking information & number. On the odd occasion items go missing, please understand that we will do everything in our power to work with the courier company to find your item and get it to you quickly (remember your item is fully insured).

Returns

Returns are accepted for faulty items showing no signs of misuse. If manufacturer’s instructions have not been followed you will not qualify for a replacement or a refund. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs occurring in returning the item to us. We are happy to re-send the item at no further cost to the buyer.
