E-J's Squeaky Shoes are committed to your satisfaction. That is why we thoroughly inspect every product before packaging and Posting. Consequently, it is very rare that we post a defective product. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products you may return the unworn item(s) by sending an email to e.js@hotmail.co.uk 

Wrong size ordered - We are happy to replace your shoes for a different size. However this will incur a £1.75 return postage charge. Faulty items will be replace with no return charge.

within 14 days of your purchase date informing us of your desire to return. 

Please include in your email the reason you are returning your product. Then return your item(s) to us.

Postage & Packaging charges to return the item(s) to us will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while posting back to us. We encourage you to insure your return items. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your credit card, bank or PayPal account accordingly.

Exchanges 
Please send us an email informing us that you would like to exchange an item. In your email include the reason for the exchange and a detailed description of the desired item including size, color or any other pertinent information.

Postage charges to return the item to us and re-post the new item will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while posting back to us. We encourage you to insure items being returned for exchange.

We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged!
