My wish is to have satisfied customers, who will return back to my site in the future. Consequently I try to be as accurate as possible in my item description, take great care in packaging, post promptly and give feedback once payment is received. However if a customer was unsatisfied for whatever reason, then they should contact me in the first instance to explain the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved then I am happy to refund the customer on receipt of the item in the same condition as sent out. If however there is any damage casued by the Post Office, please notify me immediately and take photographs of the damage to the item and the packaging, as I will claim against the Post Office and pass on any refund to the customer. |
