Some of our stock is brand new, and some is refurbished, some comes in the original packaging and some come bubble wrapped.  If you are looking for a gift for someone and its important that its boxed please ask the question before bidding.

Delivery Information

We deliver to UK mainland only

We aim to despatch all items within 3/4 working days of payment, should there be any delay you will be notified as soon as possible.  You should then allow another couple of days for the post.

POSTAL STRIKE

Over 90% of our items are couriered so you don’t have to worry about the postal strike.

All items are thoroughly checked by our staff before despatching to couriers. On delivery, the couriers will ask you to sign both for the delivery and that the item(s) have been received in good condition. Unless you are able to open and check each box in the presence of the courier, you should write next to your signature the word "unexamined".  In the unlikely event that there has been any transit damage, you will then reserve your right to claim for damage caused by delivery company.

Refunds & Returns

Should for some reason you be unhappy with your purchase, i.e if you have changed your mind and the item is unused and still in its original packaging you must arrange to have the item returned to us within 7 days from receipt and we will then arrange a refund for the price paid for the item (less carriage costs). Should the item be damaged and you require a replacement (DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY), please send the item back to us and we will arrange a replacement.

Packaging

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST MOST OF OUR STOCK COMES IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, SOMETIMES IT MAY BE BUBBLE WRAPPED. THEREFORE IF YOU NEED IT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING E.G. IT IS A PRESENT FOR SOMEONE, THEN PLEASE CHECK BEFORE BIDDING.

Late Items

If you have not received your item within 7-10 days please contact us, the only way we know something has not turned up is if you let us know.  Once you let us know we will speak to the carrier and get a replacement out as soon as possible.
