Q - How long does delivery take?
A - We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Any delivery times quoted within the item descriptions are only guidelines and more accurate dates will be given once your order has been processed.

Q - Can I combine more than one item under the same carriage charge?
A - Yes. If you are planning on buying more than one item from us and want to combine them all under one carriage charge then please do not pay for the first item straight away. Wait until you have won all the items you require then pay for them all at the same time under the same payment. This will mean you only pay one carriage charge. If you pay for each item individually then you will pay carriage for each item. BUT PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS UNPAID FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS, OTHERWISE THIS MAY RESULT IN UNPAID ITEM DISPUTES BEING OPENED AGAINST YOU.

Q - Can I collect?
A - Yes all items we offer are available for collection also. Collection is from our warehouse in Wembley, 5 Magnet Road, East Lane Business Park, Wembley, HA9 7RG.

Q - Can I make you an offer for an item?
A - Any offers made outside of the eBay marketplace will not be accepted. We do not accept offers for items via e-mails.

Q - Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer?
A - Unfortunately not, we only accept payment via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Q - Can I pay over the phone?
A - We offer a secure eBay checkout and payments are processed via that checkout, payment over the phone is also an option, just call us on 0843 289 1002 after you have won the item(s).

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

This item is available for shipping within the United Kingdom and Mainland Only.

The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but we are unable to guarantee delivery timescales. Any delivery times quoted in the item descriptions are only guidelines and more accurate dates will be given once your order has been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered on time as sometime things beyond our control can mean delays.

Please bear this in mind if booking in tradesmen for installation, or arranging days off work for expected delivery.

All items are shipped to the address you have provided via the checkout.
On larger goods such as baths, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help.

• We also take payment in store by a credit or debit card

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

We will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk to arrange for the goods to be collected. Please note for an exchange of a product you will be charged for the collection fee and for a refund you will incur a collection fee and 20% restocking fee based on the product cost. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying Bathroom Cash & Carry

For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.

For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk with the details as soon as possible. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.

Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can inform us within 7 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund. Please email returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to:

For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs to send them back will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
