Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction ending . Goods will only be dispatched when funds have cleared. Please carefully inspect your goods on delivery & if damaged please sign as damaged .
If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway i will happy to refund the purchase amount less shipping both ways subject to items being returned to me in original condition within 7 days of receipt.We will replace broken tiles upon receipt of photographic evidence and or return of broken tiles,please note notification of damaged/broken tiles must be made within 24hrs. of receipt by telephone or e mail.
