Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

All items are listed honestly and accurately - buyers should be aware that vintage/second hand clothing is for the most part used and will therefore show some wear / flaws. Any major faults will be listed but please be aware of the nature of vintage fashion before bidding

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 3 days of receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us unless item is found to be faulty,  in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.
