Our aim is to get items to you as quickly as possible. We post 3 times a week and all our items are sent 1st class by Royal Mail. Items will be delivered to you within 3 working days! We pack all our items in protected Jiffy envelopes. Postage, packaging, insurance and handling are all included in the postage charges. International customers should expect to receive items between 5-10 days of payment. However, delays such as customs may extend the delivery time.

We retain proof of postage for all our items. For expensive items we add additional insurance. This is included in any postage costs. If an item is damaged or lost we are always in a position to claim and replace your item. Due to Royal Mail's time delay on refunds this may take up to 30 days. We always make sure our customers get the item they paid for in perfect condition! Our 12 Piece Professional Brush Set is sent Recorded Delivery as standard. We also provide this service free if your order is over £25 including postage. If you require this service on any smaller order please add 70p upon payment.

Payment is to be received within 3 days of sale. We accept Paypal, e-cheques, cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts. If paying by cheque please consider the clearing time when waiting for delivery. If for any reason you need to delay payment please get in touch. Arrangements can be made as long as payment is received. Purchasing an item is a contract. Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay and negative feedback left.
