(1) Item described as honestly as possible. Condition of item shown. If not satisfied, item may be returned for a refund, less our shipping and insurance charges, within five (5) days from date of receipt. Please state reason for your return. This is very important - if an item was shipped in a sealed see-through package that package must not have been opened or tampered with in any way or we will not accept its return. Returned items must have full value shipping/insurance, using a carrier with a tracing system. Refunds made within five (5) business days after safe return of any item; shipping/insurance charges not refundable. Buyer pays shipping/insurance for the return of any item.

(2) Any photograph, negative, color slide or transparency, hereinafter called item(s), offered here are subject to all Copyright Laws, both in the USA and worldwide, and such items may not be reproduced in any manner without written permission of the copyright holder, who is usually the Seller. In bidding, the bidder agrees that item(s) which may later be purchased is strictly and only for personal and not for commercial use. These item(s) may not be used for any other type of reproduction, for making prints for sale to others, for use in books or any other type of publication, or to be posted at all on the Internet, without the express written permission of the copyright holder, and that the winning bidder agrees to these terms and conditions of purchase. The winning bidder should be aware that any and all copyright violations will be prosecuted. We reserve the right to offer prints of any photograph, negative, color slide or transparency, if not copyrighted by another person, on eBay or elsewhere at a later date.

(3) Please do not send payment until invoice is received. Invoicing is generally done through either the eBay or PayPal invoicing systems.
Payment methods, United States:        Payment can be made by generally accepted methods.
Payment method, all other countries:  Instant PayPal only. No e-checks or other forms of delayed payment.
No credit cards. Payment must be received within 10 days after being invoiced. If payment is not received by the due date, that person will be banned from any bidding in the future, unless prior different payment arrangements have first been made. Items generally shipped within 5 business days. From time-to-time, we are out-of-town and it may take us time to send an invoice or answer our e-mail.

(4) Telephone inquiries accepted normal business hours New York Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday only. Collect calls are never accepted.

(5) Typographical errors do occur; if you see something you believe is wrong, please contact us.

(6) Exact shipping/insurance charges are sent with winning bid notification/invoice. Normal shipping (up to two pounds) within USA is by USPS Priority Mail with tracking, minimum $5.65 (USPS Global Priority Mail shipment higher, minimum according to country shipped $12.95 except Canada which is $10.95). We do not mark up shipping charges; all shipping charges invoiced are what we pay. Excess postage charges are either refunded or credited.  If you bid on more then one item and win, shipping charges are combined.  Be aware that eBay shipping charges are generally wrong and always more, especially on multiple items. We always try to correct eBay shipping charges, but many times this is not possible, and, if so, we will make necessary corrections through the PayPal system. We will not ship anything by First Class Mail unless specifically requested by winning bidder as loss and damage is frequent using this method. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in shipment unless that shipment is insured.
