    The Trixie Fine Mesh Net Trap is ideal for raising fry and young fish in community aquariums. an ideal self contained small net tank where the fry can live until they are big enough to go in with bigger fish. Being netting it allows free flow of water and keeps oxygen level up. We have raised Guppies using this net, it is ideal as any uneaten food falls through the net were it is eagerly eaten by the adult fish. We place a small piece of plastic on the bottom of the net, so some fry food will fall onto that, we have had a very good growth rate using this net.


    The Trixie Fine Mesh Net Trap can also double as a safe-house for wounded fish or to segregate aggressive fish.
