Triumph Daytona Super 111 - 1994. This was Triumphs first attempt at a modern day superbike. The Super 111 differs from the standard Daytona in that it has engine tuning by Cosworth, featuring sand cast engine cases, "hot" camshafts and a higher compression ratio. Other upgrades include fully adjustable suspension, six pot brakes, and carbon mudguards. The handling is solid and secure and wind protection is very good for a sports tourer.
This bike has also braided brake hoses, K&N filter, Dynojet kit and Renegade carbon cans with removable baffles. Good chain and sprockets. Bridgestone BT020's fitted.
This bike was a personal import by me from Australia 3 years ago and is fully registered and MOT'd etc. I have swapped the speedo to MPH from KPH. Still have the original speedo which reads 33,000km's.

As the early history of this bike is unknown to me and I have no orginal documentation for it I cannot guarantee that this is a genuine Super 111 and not a standard Daytona tricked up to look like one. It certainly has all the correct parts apart from the wrong side panels. It dyno’ed at 96 BHP at the back wheel a couple of years ago – Triumphs optimistic official figure of 115 BHP is at the crank – so its certainly in the right ball park. I believe it is a Super 111 but I may be proved wrong by others.
In answer to several questions, to the best of my knowledge the sprag clutch has not been replaced but I've never had a problem with it and it seems fine. It runs well but is not keen on cold starting I think due to the exhaust/dynojet/filter combination. Once warm runs very well. Battery is good.
