We hope that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they receive, 100% of the time. However as we are both a respectful and realistic retailer, we understand that every now and then our customers may make a purchase in error or with which they are unhappy. Returns are therefore accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer providing that the product and packaging is intact and that the barcode and batch number are still present.
