Tri-Ang Minic Clockwork Rubbish Carrier

It has some Faults . The sliders slide but not freely. There is corrosion on the first bin slider. Roof is well paint chipped. Tyres and wheels seem to work freely. I can't test the clockwork motor because I have no key. Visibly looks OK. When running finger over the cog front wheels turn and all cogs revolve

A clean and some oil would work wonders on this item.
