An original pencil drawing by R.H. Eason dating from 1948. This is a lovely, well observed study of a tree, focusing particularly on the textures of the foliage and bark on the trunk . The paper is a creamy cartridge paper which may be taken from a sketchbook. It measures 25.3cm x 17.7cm. It is in very good condition with very light cockling at the bottom of the sheet as can be seen on the scan. This is an original work of art from 1948, not a reproduction of any kind.The picture is not signed but was purchased from a Lot of RH Eason's signed sketchbooks.
