Return policy

Consumer buyers benefit of a 10 days return policy to return back, at their costs, the products that they don't like or they don't want anymore. The 10 days start from the day of the delivery of the order to the buyer.
If this right is going to expire on saturday, sunday or bank holiday day, it is extended up to the next working day. The Seller (KAEL Srl) must be informed in advance of the product return by email or by registered letter.
The product must be returned by insured Registred package to KAEL Srl, Via De Sanctis 34, 20141 Milano, Italy.
Products such as Software, CDs, DVDs, must be in sealed condition to benefit of the return policy right. In addition the products must be returned within their original package and in perfect condition. Otherwise the products will be not accepted or reimboursed.
The return policy has no penalty on the product value, except shipping costs that are charged to the buyer.
In case of return of an item KAEL Srl will do its best to reimbourse buyers within a delay of 10 days by cancelling PayPal payment or via wire transfer in other cases.
