Distant selling regulations apply. We will not accept returns without prior contact and the issue of a unique returns authorisation code.The goods must be unused, in fully re-sellable condition and in their original packaging; they must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us.
Returns must be sent via a trackable insured method. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Send only by method that requires a signature.When you take delivery you should inspect what you've ordered and if there is any damage to your goods, note it on the delivery note . DO NOT REFUSE THE GOODS. Then email our customer support team for assistance at enquiries@baby2mum.com if it is not possible to verify the condition of the goods upon delivery then please note "Unable to inspect on delivery" on the delivery note or terminal. All cases of damage must be communicated to us within 24hrs of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or  notified after this period. 

Depending on the nature of the damage, a replacement product / part will be provided either direct from the manufacturer or ourselves.

In the event that we agree to a return outside of the Legal required cooling off period, there will be a restocking fee of £25 plus p&p.
