We are a family run business based in Staffordshire, who have been trading for over 9 years supplying Audio, Visual leads and accessories, batteries, telephone accessories and much more. All our products are dispatched from our Staffordshire warehouse with a fast dispatch time. All the items we sell are of high quality but at least 50% less than the high street shops MOST IMPORTANTLY: You our customer are very important to us; therefore we treat you how we like to be treated. The good news is postage is free on all UK orders! ....And cheap rates on European and International orders.
Order before 4pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch the same day. Items ordered over the weekend are dispatched Monday morning.
UK Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post and larger orders are sent via Parcel force or City Link free of charge no matter how big your order.  
SPECIAL DELIVERY and COUIRER NEXT DAY: We offer “Guaranteed next Day delivery” either via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier if you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact us for costs before purchasing you item
European and international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail

We are pleased to offer a no quibble refund policy!
If your item(s) should arrive either faulty, damaged or you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days for replacement or refund. Please don’t just leave negative feedback we’re here to help as we hope our feedback shows.
If you order the wrong item(s) then contact us within 14 days. We offer a refund minus P+P costs as long as the item is in original packaging (not broken open, used or damaged in anyway)
