Goods will be accepted for return if they are in their original packaging with all seals in tact and un-broken. All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt by e-mail to i4hire. Returning an item is at the purchaser’s expense, unless they are damaged or faulty and we advise that you obtain proof of postage. The purchaser will be held liable for the item until we advise that we have received the item. If an item received by a customer is damaged or faulty then we will replace this free of charge and postage of a replacement item will be at our expense. The damaged item must be returned and the cost for doing this by Royal Mail will be reimbursed. If a damaged item is not returned when requested no refund will be made. Replacement of items will be made if in stock otherwise you will be given the option of either a refund or a credit against other items available. The above does not affect customer’s statutory rights and we abide by legislation applicable to all purchases made on-line, by telephone or by credit card. i4hire accepts no liability to pay compensation to customers for any goods supplied or ordered or non-availability of goods for whatever reason. We may choose at our discretion, under certain circumstances whereby any errors are attributed to our processing of your order to provide a discount or complimentary item of our choosing. Simply unlock your hitch, lift the handle and then the ball fits snugly into the hitch coupling opening, release the handle and lock the hitch. It really is that simple. No matter how much you try you will not get the ball out and it is impossible for anything, not even a smaller hitch ball to fit inside your hitch or even part hitch on.
