REFUNDS and RETURNS
You may return any faulty item to us for refund or exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt.  The Customer must call the Company for a Returns Number before returning any items. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to arrange return postage and insure goods against damage Items signed for in good condition by you which are returned and subsequently damaged on the return trip will be refused and sent back so you can make an insurance claim against the shipper if you are not insured you will underwrite the loss.
 The Company reserves the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch.  We recommend that on receipt you check the item before signing for them as once the goods are signed for we will not accept any claims for damages.  If you sign for the goods as 'unchecked' we will not accept any claims for damages that are discovered at a later time.  Our suggestion is that you check, then sign and if that means keeping the courier waiting don't feel bad as it's protecting you.  If an item proves to be faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days and we will need a full explanation and where appropriate, photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty  component or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order then they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return.  We insist you obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us and use a signed for method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received or which are damaged on the return trip.

Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after the goods have been signed for - if they are damaged in transit DO NOT sign for them. All faulty goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you have bought an item which is graded and it fits the description on the listing you will be responsible for both the outbound and inbound shipping cost regardless of the reason for returning it.

Items purchased in auction style formats or collected in person are not covered under long distance selling regulations.
