The latest fasion on Ebay seems to be involved in distributing some fairly dodgy mileage calibration software, and those that are attempting to use it are screwing up dashboards at such an alarming rate that it has now prompted us to start listing our professional services for Mileage Correction. (You would not believe how many dashboards we have now seen that have been destroyed by Ebayers and this duff software!!)  Before bidding on our services, please check us out, DND Services Ltd and you will see that we started out in 1992 and are Fully Qualified and Knowledgeable in the world of Autoelectrics, and so unlike the hundreds of Ebay Newbies out there with a laptop, a 99p bit of software, and NO EXPERIENCE, you can bid on our services with the absolute confidence that we know what we are doing and have some very expensive hardware and technology to back us up.

So what does all this all actualy mean ?    Please let me explain . . . . .

There are many reasons as to why you may need our Mileage Calibration service. If you have ever experienced a problem with a faulty dashboard in your car, then chances are that at some stage a replacement will have to be considered. If you purchase a brand new dash from a Main Dealer, the display will certainly arrive with 0 miles, and if you purchase a second hand dash from a breakers or the internet, then who knows what the mlieage is going to show? Or you may have even imported a vehicle with a KMH speedo and have had it electronically converted to display and count the speed in MPH and would like the odometer to be altered to reflect the current display in Miles instead of Kilometers. Wouldn`t it be nice if the Instrument Cluster could show the mileage display figures that you actually wanted it to?

Well now it can! We have the technology to not only reset the electronic odometer on your dash, but can now alter it to show whatever mileage readings you want and this will allow you to keep the service records up to date.

For us to perform this operation on your Dashboard, we will require the instrument cluster to be sent to our workshop for programming, where we will give it a priority turnaround and prepare it for dispatch, generally within 24 hours of receiving it.

When sending your Instruments into us, please let us know the mileage number that you would like us to program into it for you. Please be aware that due to the residual mileage stored in some of the chips, the mileage it is returned with will generally be within 0.2% tolerance of the figure requested, and may not always be exact. For example, if your request a mileage to be shown of 95,000 Miles then it may return with a mileage of 95,190 Miles - get the idea?

The price shown does not include the removal or refitting of the dashboard, and is based on sending us the instrument cluster only. Should you wish us to Remove, Recalibrate and Refit your dashboard, then we can now offer this on a Drive In / Same Day Service, please contact us for prices and booking availability.

This Calibration service only covers the Vehice and Dash shown here, but we are able to perform this procedure on most Makes and Models of Car and Motorcycle. Please contact us for a price if you are unable to find your vehicle on our website.
